Las Vegas Review-Journal Gets Bought Out as Rumors Swirl That Sheldon Adelson Could Be the Mystery Customer

The Las Vegas Review-Journal has announced that it has a brand new owner, not perhaps the staff knows who it really is.

Did Sheldon Adelson, whose vegas casino the Venetian is readying for today’s final GOP debate, purchase the Las Vegas Review-Journal? The majority are saying ‘yes,’ but no one nevertheless the buyer him or herself knows for certain at this juncture.

Adam Meyer is waiting to stand trial on numerous fees in a Wisconsin federal court, the previous high-stakes sports betting handicapper initially claiming through their lawyer that he was a government informant.

Adam Meyer proclaimed for years he was ‘the recreations consultant to the stars,’ the Florida-based recreations handicapper routinely appearing on television to flaunt his insider knowledge and results that are unrivaled.

In December of 2014, a Wisconsin grand jury indicted Meyer on six charges including wire fraud, racketeering, and extortion relating to a rich Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, guy who claimed to possess been taken for $25 million.

WSOP 2015 nine Day One Reveals an Evening of Tanking and Passive Play november

The 2015 November Nine kicked off with a whimper, not a bang. The focus was on players tanking and acting as if they had little interest in actually playing poker on the first day of play Sunday night.

Patrick Chan came to the WSOP Main Event table that is final having a tiny stack that lasted exactly two fingers.

Chan woke up with K♠Q♣ in the small blind, facing an all-in bet by overwhelming chip leader Joe McKeehen. After careful consideration, Chan made the phone call with just 16 blinds that are big. In a near coin-flip situation, it was McKeehen holding on to bust the stack that is short.
